OUR ORGANIZATION

KNDS N.V., with corporate seat and office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, has been established in 2015, to form the leading European Land Systems Group. KNDS N.V. is a Franco-German company, with a global reach.

KNDS has a one-tier Board of Directors, comprising 9 Non-Executive Directors and 1 Executive Director / CEO. The CEO is supported by the Executive Committee in his duty of managing the day-to-day operations. The Executive Committee is chaired by the CEO and comprises the Managers and Heads of major functions of the French and German subgroups of KNDS.
