KNDS France Training is a KNDS France brand. The company specializes in the creation of in-service technical and maintenance training using the new technologies of virtual reality, augmented reality and mixed reality.

KNDS France Training has a tools-authors platform, GVT® (Generic Virtual Training). Qualified by the French army, this platform uses patented software building blocks. Thanks to this platform, KNDS France Training can quickly create technical training in a virtual and simulated environment.

Since its creation, KNDS France Training is a major player in 4.0 training. The company has carried out numerous training projects thanks to the technical and pedagogical know-how of its teams.

The implementation of CAESAR®, the maintenance of the VBCI and LECLERC MBT, the TGV train and the Rafale aircraft are part of more than 300 training modules delivered to date. KNDS France Training's customers include DRHAAE (Direction des Ressources Humaines de l’Armée de l’Air et de l’Espace), ARQUUS, THALES, SNCF, Dassault Aviation and Total.

NEW TECHNOLOGIES FOR TRAINING

KNDS France Training has developed an extensive range of technical training products.

GUN COMMAND TRAINER (GCT) : the Gun Commander Trainer for CAESAR™ helps train future gun commanders and member crews within a safe, realistic and simulated environment. Once trained, the gun commander can rehearse the situations if needed.

MIXED REALITY CREW TRAINING : The MRCT is a simulator for the CAESAR ® 6x6 or 8x8 which allows the drill of the entire crew. The trainees can repeat the gestures and operations in a safe environment. The originality of this simulator is the mix between a simplified real environment (scale 1 of the CAESAR®) and a virtual environment (mixed reality technology) that communicate with each other, to simulate a complete system.

CAESAR® FIRING BENCH : CAESAR® 6x6 FIRING BENCH allows a complete training session of the entire crew. They will be able to play several firing scenarios and will have a intensive training (drill). It consists of a physical scale 1 CAESAR ®, ammunitions mock-up (real weight) and trainer workstations.
